These replies give you more insights into what have been the biggest objections for people not to go with your product.
You can then tackle that information on your sales page, future sales emails, etc.

Practical example → If most replies are around pricing, you probably need to do a better job at communicating the product's value.
This might mean:
More videos showing how the product works
More copy on the sales page that addresses pricing concerns
More testimonials that talk about how this product is a bargain
